Comments: I had tendon bicep surgery at your facility on oct.26th, and just wanted to express how pleased I was with my experience. From the very moment I walked in until the time I went home , I was treated extremely kind and welled cared for. Thw level of professionalism and customer care were truly outstanding. I'd like to give special thanks to the young lady at the front desk. I believe her name is veronica. She took the time talk with me in a way that was very comforting. Also, a very special thanks to your nurse that cared for me. I believe her name is Alana.(I hope I have their names correct).My nurse was wonderful and absolutely made a difference in the way she talked with me and cared for me. Also dr Reisch and the anesthetist were very comforting at a time when I thought I couldn't go through with the surgery. Lastly I would like to thank the entire management team at Regency for making a very difficult situation in my life much more tolerable. Thank you all

Five months ago I had surgery at your facility to repair my biceptendon in my left arm. Unfortunately, today I required additional surgery on my left wrist as a result from the same accident I had in October. Once again, I am so happy to inform you of how delighted my experience was. The consistency of your facility is simply amazing. From the moment I had arrived until the moment I l went home, I was treated with the most outstanding care and attention. I would like say a very special thank you to my nurse Lisa Raich. She was so pleasant and extremely kind and professional. Also, a special thank you to Dr. Paul Konikoff MD for taking his time to make me comfortable and fully aware as to what to expect prior and during my surgery. While I was waiting to go into surgery, I couldn't help watching and listening to all of your staff interacting with the other patients getting prepared for their surgeries and again I was amazed at the consistency of how all of the patients were treated. I would also like to send a very special thanks to Dr.Reisch who performed my surgery. As a special note to your management team of the Regency Surgery Center, I would like to thank you all for the outstanding team work and care that you provide. At a time that can be extremely stressful for a patient, your facility manages to create a warm and welcoming environment.
